What is mark coyne (musician)?

Mark Coyne is an Australian musician best known as the lead vocalist and guitarist of the alternative rock band The Go-Betweens. He co-founded the band with Robert Forster in Brisbane in 1977, and they released their debut album "Send Me a Lullaby" in 1981. Coyne also wrote many of the band's songs, including "Bachelor Kisses" and "Cattle and Cane."

The Go-Betweens disbanded in 1989 but reunited in 2000 and released three more albums, including "Oceans Apart" in 2005, which was widely acclaimed by critics. Coyne was also a member of the band The Apartments in the 1980s and released several solo albums, including "Beautiful Waste" in 1990.
